Sawing Away at Sam's Swoop!

Last night, we got an email from our Spokane Mountaineer friend, Lynn, to meet other Nordic ski buffs at 8 am today for a chainsaw trail clearing day. There are nearly 40 miles of groomed trails and unfortunately, every mile has downed trees.  It was so devastating to see the old beauties lying on their sides. After they are limbed, the bobcat will drag them away. Many hands make light work!
