Double Decker Sleeping Quarters!

Well, this blog is meant to push me to NOTICE more things and I just can't help but post another chicken photo!  I panicked when I looked in the coop about sunset tonight and could not find my little Red Hen and her three chicks in the nest where they always sleep. She ALWAYS roosts before the other hens. So of course I thought of coyotes, hawks, and our own cats...yikes. Then I peeked again and saw her on the TOP RUNG of the coop with her three babies and one on top of her!  Heh, heh...
