GOOD Fish Taco White Sauce

At long last, I googled and trialed a good fish taco white sauce. To me, that MAKES the fish taco - along with just the perfect coleslaw and nice crispy tender white fish. My only problem is, after the special beans, coleslaw, pico de gallo, fish, guacamole, and sauce, it's way too full to even begin to roll it up. Oh well...Let me know if anyone wants the recipe  :)
